Open letter to the World Wide Web community published on January 31 (updated on March 6), 2024:

Dear supporter of communities created in response to requests for help when the going was tough,

After more than a decade since our last fundraising campaign, our recreational tennis community responsible for rescuing the tennis court at Tallinn University of Technology during tough times for Tallinn Tech needs your support trying to bring a long era of increasingly brutal corruption at our university and in the rest of Estonia for that matter to an end. In the following overview, parallels to similar phenomena in Estonia and elsewhere in the world will be drawn to establish appropriate context that would help you understand the undercurrents driving such phenomena at our university. The existence of some of these undercurrents that I have discovered as a result of my research over the years in response to the aggression described below was hard even for me to believe.

So far a doctorate student from the United States getting stuck in the ethics of how the financing of an institute at our university was managed and therefore being persecuted by our thug rector Jaak Aaviksoo shortly after blocking our community from the university has come closest to revealing the belly of the beast to the public, but without much practical success against the joint cover-up efforts of the administrative gangsters of the High Heavens of Taltech. The latter is just a stupid, i.e. reasonable communication undermining way of shortening Tallinn University of Technology instead of just Tallinn Tech, imposed on our university by Jaak Aaviksoo and his extension gangsters as a copy/paste of Caltech for shortening the twice longer Ca-li-for-nian in the name of another university. A disturbing newspeak for contaminating the everyday usage of our language, it seems. Despite massive military PR grade stratcom of our university of vast corruption against its own student to cover up yet another shooting of a messenger, this American of valuable character and level of ethics who should have become a role model for the students at our university appears to have been in effect kicked out of Tallinn Tech and ultimately out of our country, so I feel extra motivated to shed some additional light into this winning-ugly style aggression pattern at Maltech, the latter modified newspeak being my way of drawing attention to our problem educational institution internationally. As the signature of a similar and increasingly brutal abuse of administrative power manifests itself in the public already both in and out of our university and Estonia starting with the Covid circus about half a year later than the canceling of both of us, our case described below should be in a way luckily a lot easier to believe and understand now than it would have been if these gangsters had not been running amock in the public for many years recently.

To put the story of our community that I've managed in and out of Tallinn Tech or Maltech for 22 years already short, back in 2002 our university sports club officials turned to its students as the last resort for help to rescue the university tennis court from demolition resulting in just one of us agreeing to take responsibility and give the renovation of an appalling visual pollution that used to be a clay court a try, but on very strict conditions protecting the result of the work of the community that I was about to assemble for this purpose. A few months after I had taken the challenge, Jon "maddog" Hall from Linux International visited our university and gave a speech about protecting community rights in general and the GNU Public License for software development in particular. That was a promising time for young enterpreneurs and we came to results unimaginable even to ourselves that the students and the faculty alike including international students and visiting professors from a wide variety of countries all over the world could enjoy. It was very pleasant to see the results of my vision come true about a decade later and the power of a carefully selected community valuing the joint efforts of the players themselves motivated in taking good care of the court as well as keeping problems like the vandals of the university sports club also known in Tallinn as the basketball mafia of Tallinn University of Technology apparently for about half a century already away from the university tennis court. This is what Hiromasa, a master's student from Japan and the rightmost finalist in the photo below wrote in student news channels in support of our efforts against the never-ending provocative and propagandist bullying of the university sports club's basketball mafia officials seeking to divert public attention away from their long record of arrogant behavior and fraudulent propaganda in our direction, their lack of gratitude for our hospitality and the absence of vision what a creative mind and healthy human relations can be capable of if handled properly, not speaking of the failure to do the work they get paid for, but we accomplished outstandingly on a charitable basis as a community:

In less than a decade from the establishment of our community for the troubleshooting of the situation at the university tennis court, Bill Gates decided to lend a "helping" hand to our university to equip it with computer parks from Microsoft as I remember hearing the news from the chief administrator of the university computer center as we were discussing the further hosting of our webserver tennis.ttu.ee on university premises. I don't know what deals were made, but I could soon see and finally also feel the results of an obvious paradigm shift towards bitch mentality encompassing the whole university of more than ten thousand students. I'll give a detailed example of this paradigm shift in the Estonian version of this page, so you can use an automatic translator to read about how these billmasons hijacked the Student Union of our university about a month or two before their first all-out attempt to hijack the administration of the university tennis court from our community and obviously any other communities outside their mercy. I must have become their enemy, I guess, after I noticed an appeal for sperm donation next to our announcement of having completed the preparations of the university tennis court for the season and inviting the tennis-loving community at our university to come and try it out in the Student Life Weekly and wrote to the Student Union asking who gave them the right to steal the parents of unborn children of the students at our university where you can always find students who are struggling with the financing of their studies and are therefore vulnerable to such abuse of the academic space. In 2019 the situation got so bad that the Maltech mainstream administrative gangsters apparently led for a long time in sequence or in parallel by Andres Öpik, Kiira Parre, Ago Kalde, Andres Braunbrück, Jaak Aaviksoo, Rait Käbin, Andres Kallaste, Joosep Kaasik in close cooperation with bullying activists like Tõnu Lausmaa, Betra Leesment, Ruth Kulbas, Eduard Ševtšenko, their student equivalents Kalmer Piiskop, Alan Uustal, Anders Levandi, Kairi Sülla and other yes-men and -women finally and interestingly right before a major international crisis accused me of "self-authorship as well as mocking and slanderous speech addressing university employees and students" which is completely incorrect in a notably vile and absurd way, applies to the provocators themselves instead which is very typical of the so-called sports mafia in Estonia, i.e. the obedient and parasite-minded minions of the state corruption apparatus occupying the positions at our university and at state institutions in Estonia, carelessly and severely abusing administrative power as a team and trying to hide their intent and actions in a vile and cowardly fashion by drawing public attention away to innocent people they keep bullying to mislead the public, and is not characteristic of people who should be enrolled in studies or hired at university level, especially considering their provocations on court over a period of about a decade by consistently messing with court maintenance including pooping into the windshields and blocking the security camera installed for the purpose of detecting the culprits obviously aimed at hijacking the administration of the university tennis court renovated on a community basis and the result protected by contract. I see that similar canceling is going on for even internationally popular professors at e.g. the University of Toronto and Harvard, but YouTube has already taken the same kind of administrative "care" of these videos by blocking them as "private" to obviously fool its users, and no copies of the same videos can be found on other video platforms either. Some of them haven't been pulled down yet, so I'll copy/paste a couple here to give you an idea of the kind of truths that we are for some reason getting canceled for when speaking out nowadays:

Well, Mr Jordan Peterson got relatively lucky having to fight against social media training to keep his license as I had to flee Estonia for life and have spent more than 4 years in the Caucasus already. It feels like a manifestation of modern deportation, especially if you are not able to vote reliably for a political change in your homeland either. Such a sneaky paradigm shift at our university led by a usual suspect in global financial terrorism nudging our society towards bitch mentality has ruined not only the study environment for not just talented, but also well-informed reasonable people and the faculty at our university where some narrow-minded professors have developed habits like declaring with an arrogant smile that "There are no irreplaceable people." and suchlike, but the overall spirit in our small country with just a million people where attitude problems spread quickly has become one of pettyness and discouragement leading to lack of inspiration, bad results, a big waste of worthy lives and the accompanying stagnation, of course. It is obvious that people lead different lives even under totalitarian regimes yielding different experiences that can well be practically irreplaceable and you can't rely on administrative "skills" at universities by brutally stealing know-how from students with attractive competence, much like you can't rely on laundering hundreds of millions of dollars through banks in Estonia by doing poltics for fun to cover it up in a viable free society, so the arrogant smile of the professors who think that students are just easy prey who can be exploited at administrative ill will is going to be short-lived like their reputation as human beings. This is what Naveed, a doctorate student from Pakistan wrote in our mailing list right after the administration of the university tennis court had been hijacked from our community by the paid sports club gangsters:

Speaking of terrorism and brutality, I really mean it. A month after the lock of the tennis court gate was changed by the sports club officials so that they could start dictating who could use the court and who not, I got a horrible cough out of nowhere. I am a decent marathon runner able to cover the distance under 3 h at my best, so I have strong lungs and it was very illogical and unprecedented to get a problem with my lungs all of a sudden and for no reason whatsoever. I wasn't able to get out of bed for almost a week, and when I finally did so and went to see the doctor, the first thing she said was that it sounds very much like pneumonia. However, she wasn't able to see anything on x-ray images and later in Georgia none of the lung specialists whom I visited in Abastumani, Tbilisi and Batumi were able to diagnose the obvious problem in my lungs with the help of MRI and other methods either despite a severe, life-threatening condition for more than 3 years, and the only treatment they were able to come up with in addition to a long stay in mountain climate was experimenting with various antibiotics, which along with other observations led me to conclude that it wasn't a disease that had hit me. I am darned sure that many people would have died of it during the first year already as it was both physically for the lungs and psychologically for the mind an extremely tough challenge to want to even stay alive while getting through it with your air intake falling consistently and breathing getting increasingly more painful, every second being a burden all day long and eventually the large inflammation being too heavy a load for the heart, which can break people easily. Although I was mentally determined to stay alive whatever it takes, I barely escaped with my life physically, so I must be very lucky to not have caught COVID-19 on top of such a condition. And can you imagine whom I should most probably be thankful to? Listen carefully to the following conversation strongly reminiscent of the Tage Danielsson's "Men are from Mars, women are from Venus" style marathon email conversation in Swedish that I had in the relatively early days of stable Internet connections and email for everybody in Estonia in the summer of 2005 with a schoolmate from Linköping on the subject of stealth attacks against our civilization being planned in the European Union which I translated into Estonian as it was written and published on the web in order to warn people in my country about what seems to be planned to hit our society and our families soon if we don't defend our communities together and which was erased along with the comments area in another portal as a result of a few professionally hidden maneuvers obviously by the secret services after a waging period of about 3 years or a little longer. I had been a visiting student in Sweden in 1991/1992 at the invitation of the Kingdom of Sweden to come and study the local culture studying at a high school in Linköping and living on a large farm near Borensberg, leaving or in a way escaping from Estonia on the very day the Russian tanks entered Tallinn in August 1991, about a hundred of them rolling by the airport as I remember counting them, so the above mentioned appeal in the Maltech student life weekly 9 years after publishing the above mentioned story as a result of this outstandingly organized year of cultural development and becoming friends with many interesting people was a clear confirmation that we had hit the nail with our story titled "Sense of Time and the Feminist Death Drive", so I absolutely feel that such kind of cultural programs for promising hard-working students paying attention to important details can be very important for everybody else, especially if the latter lifted their level of social education considerably in Estonia and in many other countries alike or at least got out of the woke propaganda zone and then were able to pay timely adequate attention to the dissident leaders with appropriate background who care about their communities when it really matters and to figure out the measures for not letting the thugs or mobsters working for the secret services who for some reason tend to severely abuse their secretive administrative power betray their own people. Now we have many large wars rolling out apparently on this basis exactly (lack of civil control over the bitch mode feminist style arrogance being infiltrated into our power structures) with the administration of our country reaching unbelievable levels of arrogance including the Americanization of our villages and even trying to deprive the local people in South-East Estonia of their homes by "legal" force already which very much looks like a provocation of war against a neighbor more than a hundred times larger than us in terms of both the people and the territory, and the following dialogue very much sounds like a logical follow-up to our timely warning story nearly 2 decades ago:

As the above substitute for an embedded video – a feature that is unfortunately not implemented on Substack yet, but let's hope that they will at least allow longer clips to be made in the future – is limited to one minute only and the other available free platforms with video support I am aware of currently are lousy in a variety of similar ways with some browsers even having problems with embedded YouTube clips, let me put the intentional start time and length of the clip in square brackets at the end of the caption of each figure containing such an excerpt, so you can check and scroll to the intended position manually. In fact, the whole interview is very informative and useful if you aren't catching up yet, so you might be willing to spend the 2 hours of your time to hear it all. And in order not to become too much of a Putin fan, you should be informed of the history of his gang of mobsters, too. But getting back to my case of "lung mystery", if this is an instance of the usage of a similar means for biological warfare being developed in the labs on Ukranian soil and financed by the United States then I have to say that what they wanted is what they are getting now, although being an Estonian I am not pro Russia despite my respect in some important cases including the education I got at the relatively lax and improvised end of the Soviet era in Estonia compared to my experiences at high school level in Sweden and at university level in the United States. I'd also like to warn everybody especially studying at our university of how you might be slaughtered nowadays by inept ideologists at universities who feel they can abuse administrative power and feed on student work as soon as you don't obey someone's whim escalating to a bloody absurd conflict or even criminally malevolent orders, but have ideas of your own already proven to be better. What else I am sure of is that as long as the Americans forget about their own roots in Huckleberry Finn and mess with even such basic freedoms as the educational and sexual privacy of kids that currently is socio-militarily already destroying the educational system apparently and hence the future of our small satellite country (a new Area 51?), there is no way they can be called an ally or friends of anybody, including themselves, and should always end up on the losing side of history, so hopefully the recent visits of Tucker Carlson, Scott Ritter and other relatively reasonable Americans to Russia instead of their corrupt and senile puppet president will suffice to avoid such history from being materialized. I really don't understand such aggressive stupidities against humankind basically and I never will. A similar mind-colonizing administrative stupidity called mass formation was practiced during the COVID-19 scamdemics for imposing the global digital ID, by the way, in order to shape the crowd, so such frog conditioning (on page xviii) is becoming public common practice and you might want to learn such concepts, watch out and take action the next time you feel that similar pressure for ritualistic behavior is tried to be applied on you or on your community:

I am obviously one of the critical thinkers not participating in any so-called "voluntarily compulsory" rituals and my medical condition and its not unprecedentedly interesting timing might well tell about the result of an independently thinking propaganda survivor not following someone's malevolent agenda and consequently having been hit by a bioweapon in order to deprive me of any chance of self-defence against the Maltech gangsters as their last all-out attempt to hijack the administration of the university tennis court back in 2008 resulted in the Youth and Sports Department of the Tallinn City Government getting in their way to spoil this robbery attempt at my request. That must have cost the hooligans at the rectorate and the Faculty of Civil Engineering of our university a lot of money since part of their plan including a new path around the extended tennis court area marked by lamp post jugs had been installed already which they were obliged to pick up and leave as the university tennis court was administered by the city government at that time. Such a stealth attack appeared to be just another vile plot of the Maltech administration against the students with an uncorrupted mind unable to imagine that the university officials who had been begging them for help could in violation of the contract agreed on in response try to repeatedly manufacture a pretext on the brink of an international economic crisis to get rid of our community without whose help the court wouldn't exist for many years back then already. Neither did the fraudulent narratives of the university administration about the pointlessness of our attempts work anymore because it had become ridiculously visible to everybody thanks to the co-op results of our community on court that these administrative perpetrators in an attempt to cover up their incompetence and arrogance had been blatantly lying all the time about the reasons why there is no way the university tennis court can escape demolition and although the students might try to help and renovate, they'd eventually fail anyway, all of which turned out to be profoundly incorrect. Had the city officials decided not to help me, the newly built fence with no financial input from the university would obviously have been crushed in order for the court to become unplayable and with no finances to finish the construction during the economic crisis show our community the way out of the university while touting to the public at the same time to cover up the robbery that they were just building an additional tennis court. Such 5D chess, i.e. vile and destructive hypocrisy is in my experience the trademark of the top-level administration of the current version of Tallinn University of Technology and it is astonishing how bad hands the administration of our university has fallen into during the last decade due to the ideological paradigm shift described above, implemented by our corrupt rectors and their gangsters, and to a large extent setting tone for the rest of Estonia, too. It is mainly the hypocritical bridging of the vast gap between the rhetoric and the reality (public ignorance) that such propagandists typically feed on until you believe they are not just trying to mislead the public and present themselves in favourable light in order to be let distort the facts, cover up their crimes and so on, e.g. like this:

Well, calling the period of color revolutions, aggressive colonization of the mind by e.g. imposing bitch mentality on professors and students at universities by force or even with the help of bioweapons like in our peaceful community's case as it seems and the accumulating danger of a worldwide armed conflict "the most peaceful era in human history", or labeling the pull-out of a 911-style war machine out of massacre zones to stop the bloodsheds a "destruction of order" or "caring only about the interests of one's own nation" while poking the bear and persecuting or slaughtering the "numbers" at the same time, respectively, is a telling example of the same kind of provocative hypocrisy and manipulation worldwide that we as a principled and unmanipulated community have experienced at Maltech already and can well draw parallels to comment on where such carefully hidden administrative malevolence is going to lead us. The abuse of centralized digital currencies, artificial intelligence and other means of bullying will obviously not be much different. And you don't need tanks and missiles, of course, when exploiting mass formation and global dictatorship for the killing of 17 million people with just an injection or two of lethal crap right into their blood vessels within just 2 years to start with while trying to impose mandatory "vaccines" on billions of other unsuspecting or economically bullied people to be slaughtered like this:

If you have been a mainstream media follower so far and this comes as a surprise then you might want to gain further insight into how you have been brainwashed by the artificial intelligence developed by thugs like this with the help of the search request "Shot Dead The Movie" at e.g. YouTube and compare it with responses for the same request at Rumble, BitChute and others that are technically less advanced, but won't let you down like this, to switch to more appropriate channels to keep you informed in the future. And this is just one example of many millions why you should be able to discover the facts and think on your own or learn to do so instead of delegating it to mainstream media if staying healthy and alive sounds like a good idea nowadays. I'll try to find some time to add books to the listing presented on the tools page to help develop an appropriate mindset to accomplish this. I don't want to make this overview much longer, but three more key points need to be at least mentioned: 1) shortly after the new fence without any input from the university was built around the Tallinn Tech tennis court in 2006, my memory got hit with something unprecedented that I didn't understand how nor what it was, and although it has become better over time, I am to some extent still suffering the consequences of that strange experience of crippled memory taking effect within just a week or two out of nowhere to this day including e.g. problems with fluent speech as well as writing at reasonable speed, so I assume that the 3 instances of the same extreme (well, try to imagine your life without memory and forget about your studies) agression pattern against my health out of the blue while administering the tennis court at Maltech despite all the bullying simply can't be a coincidence; 2) before I was apparently hit by a bioweapon thirteen years later, head of the university sports club Rait Käbin without any success, of course, tried to cancel the contract protecting the rights of our community by trying to obtain my signature by extortion under the threat of blocking me from the court that I had outstandingly organized to be renovated, managed and administered for 17 years already at the sports club's own request for help if I didn't agree with a "new" authoritarian contract specifically banned by the existing contract rooted in court welfare on fair uncorrupted principles instead of the previous corrupt and central financing dependent gangster style administration and required by me of everyone involved before I agreed to spend any time on taking the challenge to rescue the university tennis court, and 3) what I can't skip on behalf of the professors at our university I've communicated with is that many of them have already lost their job and many others are afraid of doing so if they don't obey malicious orders coming down the chain of command or pay attention to the 1984-style intimidating emails from the rector's office about the layoffs of professors being planned at our corrupt academic institution, so our future is rapidly becoming one of massive manipulative stupidity again and the enforcement of obedience to it if we don't wake up and do something about it as a well-organized team soon. That's why we'd really appreciate if you could assemble a community able to counter the abuse of administrative power at your educational institution or in your area and help others do the same in problem regions like Estonia. Pathological liars and authoritarian unscrupulous people like Jaak Aaviksoo who obviously should not have any say in social issues were the first ones to complain about robbing the peace of study at our university once the press started investigating the Ragnar Nurkse Department of Innovation and Governance case, but won't let those even participate in the studies, let alone do it in a meaningful way whose results have proven to be day and night compared to the incompetence of the university administration or dare to have an opinion or even remain educators of independently thinking young people, the future of our country. And it very much seems to be what the previous rector Andres Keevallik had secretly planned despite his opposite rhetorics, based on his replies to my inquiries cut short, and the status quo that the current and next ones are apparently supposed to maintain. What this means is that our university has been ideologically hijacked which correlates strongly with what is going on in western universities and societies currently. An eastward brute force expansion of western financial and administrative corruption ending up in several large wars is what it is, so basically Estonia has transitioned from one vast union of corruption of communist flavor to another vast union of corruption of capitalist flavor having a lot in common like takers hijacking from the givers until there is no motivation anymore and the situation finally gets really bad for everybody except those, of course, who become very busy whenever it is global administrative robbery time again like in 2008 and 2019 right before an international economic crisis when the opposition is weaker and it is easier to cover up the crimes. In many cases it is not possible to point out which system is worse and we'll always need independence to get out of these unions that try to become compulsory over time. This is my personal experience with the state of relatively recent educational practices and the overall treatment of the independent and creatively productive minds as opposed to programmable biological robots at our university, not just someone's crazy theory, and at the current level of public apathy it can easily get worse:

That was just a short intro. A longer story laying out a roadmap for a return to a world we can at least understand is about to follow in Estonian in March hopefully and in English later this year if you can provide the financial resources for it. Maybe I should add that I am often late. Countering the globalist administrative mafia and their local extensions requires people and finances, but the lockdowns, apartheid etc during recent years have succeeded in robbing our community of a substantial amount of these resources. It has taken more financial resources than I could afford to do all the research, develop a suitable presentation framework over time and write the story partly due to the lockdowns in 2020 and 2021 when the tennis centres were closed and accordingly my income was zero for months with no help from any state funds that I applied to. Plus we lost some players due to the apartheid regime of the Estonian Reform Party against the unvaccinated players and my countermeasures to it apparently resulting in many reform party supporters leave our community, so I need to raise some funds and come up with this "intermediate abstract" you are reading to support the writing of the more detailed story and the applying of the patches necessary for our community to overcome the destruction of the aggression of the administrative gangsters at our university before returning to IT-related work and not lose my office space due to accumulated debt the payment of which is due, well, today already. So now is your opportunity to really help us help people at our university and elsewhere understand the situation and provide some tools and community support for countering the abuse of administrative power. Among other undertakings, it includes the development of a simple software framework which can be used for presenting the story you are currently reading as well as other similar stories of worthy people being canceled out of authoritarianism, envy or other stupidities, i.e. robbed in malevolent administrative ways of their public dignity at our university and elsewhere, some of which I am already aware of, to the World Wide Web community. The amounts needed and monthly (weekly in February) feedback of the cumulative anonymous amounts received will be provided here until July this year or by the time the total needed amount has been received. You can also find out how to join us, contribute to the tools for the development of a reasonable society where our community is inevitably operating, or co-operate with a larger community which the functioning of our society might badly depend on after a couple years' time already. That's the current situation in Estonia economically and we had better watch out and co-operate soon or it will get unbearable in this department, too:

The co-operation we are looking for starts with the appropriate identification of the beast we are confronted with and I hope that with the great support of the so-called side-trickle media channels and personal experience I've figured out at least an accurate outline of the beast, be it the freemasons, corrupt politicans, arrogant bastard mode feminists and what not. The essence of the problem at Maltech ending up in the hijacking of our community production into the corrupt hands of paid administrative thugs at our university and along the same lines elsewhere the way I understand it (we are currently having a coup d'état almost every year in Estonia, to put it short) is largely rooted in the masonic plot of "since we cannot get rid of women, let us corrupt them" to pursue their corrupt administrative ambitions where the politicians serve as middlemen between the masonic leaders and the mass of women to be exploited for their satanic purposes. However, my experience confirms that people with a good character and will may end up in the lower ranks of the masonic hierarchy just trying to reliably figure out what masonry is on their own, so the people getting sucked into the cult with favors like being offered a good education should be treated with care until the moment of thruth if it comes – sufficiently high up in the masonic rankings, I assume – makes them decide who they are as human beings. And again, according to my experience I can't say that the Catholic leaders are less corrupt although their methods of pivoting to power differ greatly indeed, so it turns out to be a balancing task or an optimization problem. Thanks to the profound podcast work against bitch mode feminism by Matt Walsh though, an apparently reasonable Catholic and the author of the movie hit "What is a woman" skilfully focusing on the contributors to the mayhem hanging themselves in front of the camera, I have been able to communicate the problem accurately and concisely to the public on the Estonian version of the page describing the problem now that I've lost my own work of 2005 (please use your favourite automatic translator for this part if interested in the accompanying comments in Estonian). After the identification of the beast causing problems like the hijacking of the administration of the university tennis court in our community's case or in a similar manner at e.g. government level, the next obvious task would be to block it. In order to do so, the model to use needs to be precise and accurate, so if there are any important details missing from the general view presented in the overview above then please share your experience with the World Wide Web community to piece the puzzle together and feel free to use our results as needed in the process (I try to limit my communication to a bare minimum, sorry). Otherwise we'd get stuck like the blind men in an Indian parable trying to identify a beast as simple as a plain elephant, but too large to explore by any blind man individually:

In summary, our story and a little bit of analysis shows that the abuse of administrative power is unfortunately inherent in our society and the presence of a worthy and independent uncorrupted community like ours is clearly needed to keep the administrative perpetrators at our university honest.
